After the Speaker of the National Assembly, the United Opposition filed a no-confidence motion against Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri. Who will preside over the gathering tomorrow?

No-confidence votes against the Prime Minister, as well as Speaker Asad Qaiser and Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri, are now being debated in the National Assembly.



The Speaker and Deputy Speaker will not preside over the meeting when the no-confidence resolution for their removal is being considered, according to the National Assembly Rules.


Amjad Ali Khan, Manza Hassan, Imran Khattak, Ayaz Sadiq, Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, and Engineer Sabir Hussain Qaim Khani are among the panel of chairs in the current session of the National Assembly.

Speaker Asad Qaiser and Deputy Speaker Qasim Soori, however, may preside over the meeting on the day of the vote on the no-confidence resolution against the Prime Minister, according to Assembly Rules.

The Supreme Court found the Deputy Speaker's removal from office unlawful yesterday, and the National Assembly was reinstated.
