Finance Division says the cost of oil based goods will stay unaltered till April 15

ISLAMABAD:

The Finance Division said Thursday the cost of oil based commodities will stay unaltered till April 15.

The Finance Division, in the explanation, said the choice was taken in accordance with Prime Minister Imran Khan's declaration in the fortnightly survey on February 28.

"Therefore, the public authority will bear the extra weight of Rs33 billion for the fortnight (1-15 April 2022) to keep the costs at the current level," the assertion added.

The costs of oil based goods with impact from April 1, 2022, will be as per the following:
