Before hosting Saturday Night Live in October, reality TV star Kim Kardashian stated that she had never watched an episode of the show.

In an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast with host Amanda Hirsch, the fashion mogul star, 41, who was an unexpected smash when she hosted the late-night comedy show, revealed her hosting experience and admitted she had to study for the part.
"I didn't want to go up there and embarrass myself by not being humorous," she explained. "However, I had never seen a single episode of 'SNL.'" "Of course, I went and saw bits because Kanye has performed so many times," she added.
"I'd been in the crowd before, and I'd also watched a full show once." But when it came to watching the show, I had no idea what the monologue was about," Kim admitted.
She went on to say that all it took was watching one episode and learning how the monologue was meant to go, and she was "like, 'OK, I got this,' " according to the reality star, who is currently dating SNL host Pete Davidson.
"I was more concerned about the skits than the monologue," she explained. She met her future boyfriend, Davidson, in one of the skits. In one hilarious performance, the two played Disney characters Aladdin and Jasmine, and even enjoyed a kiss.
