Hoodlums take 60-foot iron scaffold in India
Police sent off an examination concerning the odd episode on Thursday
PATNA: A posse of shrewd salvaged material hoodlums destroyed and deserted with a 500-ton ancient iron scaffold in eastern India, police said Saturday, pulling off the impossible heist by claiming to be water system authorities.
The denying of the scaffold was accounted for Wednesday in the province of Bihar, one of the least fortunate in the country.
Cop Subhash Kumar told AFP the criminals came in the appearance of government water system authorities.
They brought tractors and gas cutters and destroyed the construction prior to getting away with the goods more than two days, Kumar said.
"They removed the piece in a weighty vehicle," he said.
The hoodlums had been working on the 50-year-old construction - worked over a water trench - since the time one more extension close by was opened to the public five quite a while back.
Police sent off an examination concerning the peculiar occurrence on Thursday however no captures have been made up to this point.
