Fans are torn over Katy Perry's 'questionable faces': See

As she judged American Idol, Katy Perry stood out in a silver croc-pattern metallic outfit.

Katy Perry recently shared an Instagram montage of several bizarre and amusing face expressions, which had followers in stitches.

The Roar singer was seen in the photo wearing a silver croc-pattern metallic ensemble and a gorgeous make-up look.
Perry completed her appearance with a pair of silver hooped earrings.

On Monday's golden edition of American Idol, the singer in the photo displayed her emotions when judging the nail-biting Showstopper Challenge round.

Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan were among the other judges.

"This is the face of someone getting SHOWSTOPPED," she said in the post.

She also questioned her social media followers if they were "viewing" the performance.

Fans, on the other hand, were enamoured with her antics and left heart and laughing out loud emoticons in the comments area.

In the comments, a few people expressed their admiration for the singer-songwriter.

For the uninitiated, the top 24 were chosen in the last round of the Showstoppers Challenge on the golden episode of American Idol.

The performance is expected to return to Hawaii for a two-night event on April 10 and 11.
